About

My name is Martin, I am a qualified Mindfulness Life Coach. I bring many years of experience in different forms of Meditation and Life Coaching. First having studied Life Coaching in 2005, while developing a deep practice in Meditation and Yoga and moved towards studying Mindfulness in 2016.
All this while living the Full Catastrophe. Being an entrepreneur and starting my own business, going through a divorce and then even remarrying. 

As a qualified personal trainer too, and having participated in numerous ultra distance events I bring a sound understanding of all things Mind / Body. And now having completed my Mindfulness Life Coaching studies through the NLP Centre of Excellence I am ready to share my knowledge with you. 

My experiences allow me to bring an holistic viewpoint and offer a different light to the Mind, Body and Soul.
